Cancellation policy

We Value your business and we value the service we provide. We ask that you respect our business scheduling and cancellation policy.

 Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed

If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment or need to cancel or change it please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our time is our commitment to our patients and timely cancellations enable us to offer an appointment to someone on the waiting list.

Failing to give us 24 hours notice will lead to a 50% cancellation fee. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance to an appointment will lead to a 100% cancellation fee. This will be payable before any further appointments are made. We will request payment via a bank transfer.

Appointments are valuable as the clinic is busy and we also undertake Home visits and Nursing home rounds.
